What If I Have a Past Injury, Current Injury, or Mobility Restriction Can I Attend?

Your safety is our top priority. If you have a past or current injury, we recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any new exercise program. What should I bring to my first bootcamp session?

Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes that allow you to move and sweat freely—whether it’s loose-fitting or fitted, whatever makes you feel good! Comfortable shoes you can move in are a must, and don’t forget a full water bottle to stay hydrated.
